The Package and Rentals

The Hitching Post boasts one single simple wedding package, with no unexpected additional fees or charges. 

Our current total booking price is $5,900. 

This all inclusive package includes use of our facilities Thursday through Sunday of your booked weekend and the accommodations of our bridal house, bunk house and three cabins.

The Hitching Post Staff will be on duty during the entirety of the event and will open the facility and provide information and direction as needed.

Included in our wedding package is as follows:

   • Use of the barn and its facilities including, restrooms, catering lean-to, loft main          floor, upper deck, and lower patio spaces
   • Access to the property starting at noon the Thursday before your 
      event for the preparations needed
   • Use of any of the available decorations on-hand
   • All tables and chairs available are for your use and have the capacity to dine over       400 guests. Separate chairs are available for ceremony set up
   • Our three bedroom, two full bathroom Bridal House, for you and your bridal                party’s convenience and overnight residence starting Friday

   • Our four bedroom, two full bathroom Bunk House, three single room cabins for

      overnight accommodation starting Friday before your event.

   • Use of the property and grounds for engagement and bridal photos, with                    courtesy notification and scheduling
   • Use of main yard for outdoor ceremony
   • Use of the designated fire pit
   • Overnight parking of vehicles, RVs and tent camping are free of charge. RV

      electrical hookup access is $20/night.

   • Dogs are allowed with permission and must be kept under control at all times.
